Festival Annual Free Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

* Festival Annual Free Prize Draw prize draw is open to UK residents of 16 years and older, except for employees of Independents United (who run Festival Annual) and connected companies/agents.

* Entry is made by submitting your email at www.festivalannual.com. The Free Prize Draw will take place on the following date:

Oxjam at the Coronet - 25th September 2010

* Winners of each competition will be notified by e-mail or MySpace message within 2 days of each prize draw. The promoter shall not be liable for any messages which are not delivered or delayed. To accept this prize the winner must confirm two names of people who will be attending the festival together with proof that both attendees are 16 years of age or older within 36 hours of the notification message being sent.

* We will use your email address to send you information about Festival Annual, its partner festivals, any associated companies and sponsors. If you do not wish to receive this information, or wish to unsubscribe at any time please use this link after you have entered. We respect your privacy and will never give or sell your email address to anyone else except where compelled to do so by law.

*It is a condition of entry that the winner’s name will be used for promotional purposes and we may request you to take part in reasonable publicity including supplying photos and/or attending photoshoots as requested by us.

* The prize consists of two weekend tickets for a festival chosen by us and taking place before 31st December 2010. There is no cash alternative. After supplying you the tickets, we shall not be liable to you if the festival is cancelled or curtailed for any reason whatsoever. You will be responsible for all travel to and from the festival. We shall not be liable in any way if you are refused entry to the festival by the promoter of that festival.

* The promoter of this Free Prize Draw is Independents United Ltd, whose registered office is 27 Newman Street, London W1T 1AR (the publisher of Festival Annual). A list of winners will be available by emailing info@festivalannual.com after August 5th 2010.

* The decision of the promoter is final.
